Pros
Everything else is self explanatory just read the instructions. Once set up, the ease of use and reliability is worth the price.
There is a slight lag between what happens on the screen and the audio in my headset. Works fine with my lg smart tv and my bluetooth headset.
Aptx hd has very good sound quality. The only downside the bluetooth range is about 15 to 20 feet, worse than any cellphones.
Cons
Physical installation is easy but the bluetooth connection is a chore to do. Switched between aux and optic could not get to play audio perfectly.
Audio quality is just not very good, even just with the passthrough. The latency on this is atrocious - half a second with any pair of headphones.

Analog cable supplied with mini jack and 2 rca male too short by 2 feet need 1 meter but it is a good thought to include audio cable in case audio receiver is small and closeby

This is supposed to be class 1 bluetooth with a 100 or more range

Maybe thats so outside but indoors my signal starts dropping out as soon as i step behind the wall in the next room or go downstairs in the basement

The only output was the 14” headphone jack which required a converter
