Problem my smarttv only has an optical audio output no bluetooth option i wanted to be able to listen to the tv with my bluetooth headset this tv is in my exercise room

Important under settings and audio format i needed to select pcm not any of the dolby options so that all of my apps sent the right audio signal to the headset

Then i turned on my bluetooth headset and pressed the coupling button and the transmitter was blinking blue and turned to solid green indicating connected
