Cons

The emerson 1e78-140 goes through batteries every three weeks. Directions are inadequate if old building with unmarked wires and micro-voltages. Will be throwing it away and buying a honeywell.

This looks like a return. Returned because of defect. Emailing emerson (the company) fails. Is this not blatant lying?

Nice accurate lighted digital display easy onoff switch and installation took about 2 minutes

Those should last 25 years before needing replacement they never corrode and they are imperviousness to temperature variations
