The part where the phone goes does not flip open like the last case i bought at a much higher price

I gave it only 4 stars because it would be nice if it had a loop strap for your wrist and need a longer magnet area to keep closed

The plastic case in which the iphone sits is wellmade and protects the phone from all angles and sides

The cameraflash is also cut out of course so you can take photos and use the phone as you normally would without taking it out of the case
