Pros
The frame is very sturdy aluminum with multiple layers of different kinds of filter material. I like that they last for 10 yrs.
This is the second electrostatic filter i have purchased but the quality of this one is outstanding. Something very gratifying about hosing it down and seeing dirty looking water drain out. These furnace filters are a little pricey but well worth it.
They are easy to clean and do not distort or pull away at the edges. All are washable and these seem to be working just fine. I like the washable filters because they save a lot of money and are better than replaceable filters.
Cons
Forced air filtration is insufficient. One month of use and the entire house is dusty like never before. My eyes and ears are so itchy.

But it might be enough to let some air leak through the side but this can be fixed with some foam strips or something to fill in the gap

Our furnace almost sucks in the disposable filters and at times causes the furnace to shut off

Had those cheap single use filters replace them every 30 days but by that time the filter buckled and our air handler would freeze because of the back pressure
