Included in the box is a small paper with instructions about how to adjust the light for its various modes and timings with a picture of the pod so you can see which button does what

The light is a bit finicky and if the plug is jostled even the tiniest bit then you have to reset the timer which is annoying but has only happened a handful of times

I didnt know how this was constructed when i bought it but realized when i got it that it is not rechargeable and not something that has bulbs that can be changed
