This works well, i am very pleased with its quality and effectiveness.
I bought a new high quality mirror and an 18mm lens for my new head.
I like the quality of the head over-all, but i found that it didn't fit with the bracket i have on my (mophorn) k40.
The quality of this laser head is good.

In full disclosure, i should have read the description carefully as i have a 12mm lense and the smallest this will support with the supplied adapter ring is 15mm.

The new head, designed for a much larger lens, only has a bore of 9mm.

One issue, the screw that came installed to hold the air assist portion on the head was not quite right on the end and wouldn’t screw-in tight enough to hold it in place.

States it's a drop in replacement for the k40 chinese lasers, it's not.

All in all i was able to do this upgrade to my machine for about $80.

I like it overall, though i'm not totally sold on the grub screw that holds the nozzle in place.

Screw to lock air head on comes loose quickly, had similar refraction problem but simply tapped out a larger hole as my beam focus was fine with just the tip falling off mid print

The air-assist did not provide any changes to the performance of my laser and was actually a little worse when compared to the pair of airlines i rigged up from a 70l/min fish pump.
