Easy to * with no aftertaste. Work wonders with an attack of the * night cramps. Quite big tablets, but still easy to * as they are coated. Many come in tablet form, but i prefer capsules, or powder.
Magnesium citrate is an easy-to-take supplement. It balances the lactic acid which builds up in the muscles. It also works with vitamin d to help it metabolise.
Natural answers magnesium capsules 180 capsules (3 month’s supply) – currently on offer at £8. The pack recommends two a day but this may depend on need. It delivers 220mg of mg in each tablet and it works very well.
Vitamin & mineral supplements with obvious quality caveats. Currently on offer at £8. These are a lot cheaper than similar which are sold in some shops and pharmacy's.
Natural answers, the manufacturers are based in edinburgh. Pleased to see that this supplement is vegetarian friendly. You get along expiry date of almost 2 years from the time of ordering.

Most magnesium tablets capsules that i have seen are only 375mg whereas these are 440mg

Magnesium is one of the most common minerals in the body but you cant manufacture it yourself and it isnt found in that many foods though i do eat almonds regularly

As with most supplements it doesnt state on the bottle what they are used for so i had to look it up on the internet
