The photograph used in the picture shows battery lights being on so i assumed the battery would be included

Never occurred to me that someone would want the case without the battery the same it never occurred to me that if the battery lights were on in the picture it would be sold without the battery

Unless you remove it from the case which is a hassle you have to charge the phone and then the external battery gets charged

The case should have a slot to plug a charger to the external battery directly while your phone is charging

I knew from reading other reviews before i purchased this that the case was difficult to get on the phone

I did notice that under heavy load my phone could not charge fast enough to keep up with battery usage
