Quality
Have ordered from this company a number of times and always happy with the speed in delivery and the quality of ink
I was very very happy with the product
I dont think the individual cartridges last as long as the oem equivalent but the colour quality is as good
Now that my old cartridges have run out i am regularly printing a lot with the new ones
Price
They last a long time and the price is perfect
Excellent product at a really fantastic price
Over all i guess especially for the price theyre pretty good in comparison to the price of the brand name ones
Packaging/appearance
A lot less packaging than brother much better on the environment
Competitiveness
Works great and a good value compared to brand name
Cartridges are a lot cheaper than brother originals

Did not notice that the lower port was sealed and that the seal needed to be broken by pushing harder to fully engage the cartridge
