Pros
The bag comes with a removable shoulder strap and it is very secure. The front closures look like buckle strips but they are actually slip snaps that work quickly and securely.
The bag itself is durable and sturdy, yet comfortable. The bag is flexible, but not floppy and loose.
The front pocket has two smaller pockets sewn into the divider. There's a pocket in the bag and inside, there are two chambers. Lots of nice details inside, from pockets to built in pen holders.

I’m not sure that a shoe repairman will be able to fix it.
