Arlo as apple and other companies found a way to sell accessories the camera won’t work with a regular cable what forces you to buy their brand if you want to avoid charging the batteries but considering the fact that i got a 4 cameras system for less than 400 i have no complaints works well the cord and the cameras

Some other usb cords for the arlo pro 2 from this company had reviewers complaining that the connector came apart in the camera

I do notice the camera is a little overheated but it doesn’t affect its operation

Makes the arlo cameras much more effective since the 3 second lookback only works when theyre connected to ac power

Basically when it senses motion it automatically rewinds 3 seconds and starts the recording there

I took the battery out of the camera for safety reasons

The outdoor cover i used had a small exit hole at the bottom and i had to trim some to allow the usb exiting out the bottom sit flush but that was a problem with my outlet cover not the plug
