The content is so so, but the formatting and layout is a mess. Words jump around everywhere, there's not even a table content to navigate around. Only the calendar stuff is helpful.

I wasnt looking forward to reading this as a work assignment as most of these types of books are boring not helpful and trite however this with has multiple good points and i actually took quite a bit away from it
