Smells like and old lady powdery perfume.
This smell is horrible! As others have said, this is not the smell you'd expect nor anything close to the ones that came with the steamer. They smell funky, and certainly do not smell fresh or clean. It's too strong and smells disgusting.

Some were terrible and crumbled during use making a real mess of the bottom of the steam mop and the floor if i wasn’t careful about removing the mop cloth
