Pros

Something very gratifying about hosing it down and seeing dirty looking water drain out. All are washable and these seem to be working just fine. Recommended by duct cleaning tech.

If it lasts 30 yrs like my previous one. I hope it lasts for at least 1-2 years. That would make the purchase easily justifiable.

Snug, but not too tight. Unlike some, my filter fit the filter slot as easily as my previous electrostatic filter.

Cons

Forced air filtration is insufficient. One month of use and the entire house is dusty like never before.

After many headaches and failed repairs i just went with the big paper filter

This cost 120 dollars but will soon pay for itself one 30 dollar paper filter every 3 to 6 months at a time

The price also makes this a no brained

You do the math for this quality and price

But it might be enough to let some air leak through the side but this can be fixed with some foam strips or something to fill in the gap
