Pros

Merv 8 filters filter dust particulates from the whole house a/c and heating. They fit our furnace perfectly just as expected. They are no so thick that they will choke your system, but they are thick enough to filter out junk you don't want being * i... Read More

These are a good value compared to what we've seen at costco or home depot. From now on this is how i will be purchasing my air conditioner filters considering my local supermarket wants almost $20 each for them.

Cons

They are so flimsy they do not even slide into the ductwork. The new ones flop around in the vent when the air comes on. These filters are not even close to fitting they are about 1/2 inch too wide for the slot.

One of my filters out of 6 has a hole in it which was from the manufacturer and not shipping (the set was sealed in plastic that was not cut or punctured and there was no shipping box damage) the cardboard was flattened at one end.
