The earrings are difficult to completely close. They end up poking my earring hole and irritates it. This jewelry further causes irritation due to the difficulty of getting the ends to meet each other for a flush hoop.

Product claims non-tarnish and waterproof but that is inaccurate. After a month - ish, the silver hoops are now black. Company has yet to refund my cost and it’s been almost 2 months.

The jewelry came exactly as expected and the package included a sweet thank you note care instructions and even a polishing cloth
