Pros

Good quality, made in usa. Arrived well packaged but still had a small dent in the mounting area. No more dust traveling towards the motor of the heater. Takes a load off our hvac system.

Great filter back grill. The grill opens easily for filter replacement and closes well with the slide latches. Now the filter is right attached to the front of the grill.

Cons

The width of the grille is larger than described. The grate is warped and will leave a gap between the drywall and the grate. Now i’m stuck with a product that’s installed with a base and no hinge.

Not manufactured to spec. Not usable.

Bent, dented, and scratched before painted. Looks as if it has been stomped on.
