I noticed when i hit the rim with the snare loose it gave me a more fuller rim hit than my snare that is triple the price of this

One downside of this set though maybe this is typical is that theres no place for the stand in the gig bag so you may be able to put your drum in the nice case which presumably adds a bit of protection but the stand will have to be carried separately
