Good, easy-to-understand instructions and pretty intuitive controls and menus. Comes with a remote, and setup is easy.

It can be powered with ac adapter, 12 volt car adapter, or battery. I like that is is portable and i can take it anywhere to watch without having to have it plugged into a wall outlet. The charge is on the lower side but i plug it in when necessary.

Cons

Quality of the build leaves something to be desired. The controls make less than no sense at all. Zero sense of design aesthetics. Bleeding of white light on all sides wasn't simply a distraction, it heavily affects picture quality.
