Packaging/appearance
The packaging is great so kudos there the scent of this detox tea is weird and strong but it tastes really good

This detox tea has helped me more so with eating an haveing the bloating feeli g after a meal

I try to avoid drinking too much coffee and am always looking for herb teas that support me in my health goals so this looked like it would fit the bill

I havent been using this as a detox to loose wait more as just a well being thing i have a cup before bed and i find it calming at night and easy on my stomach i find it stops my cravings for sweet things so sometimes have it earlier in the night to help cut out the rubbish
