I have no idea what is behind the pretty face i had a similar faucet different manufacturer within several years it was leaking at the bodyspout joint and the cartridge had failed

Dont buy this if you need to go through any thicker counter top as it wont work

If they could just make the threaded pipe a bit longer to accommodate those of us with thicker tops to go through it would be a true winner if the faucet sound doesnt bother you

I like the faucet but a parts list wasnt included and there is no information on how to order a replacement cartridge when the original cartridge eventually fails
