Pros
I have planters fasheites and this has helped heal it. Recommended by my physical therapist. I keep a wedge out in my living room to do eccentric * board squats periodically while watching tv.
The elevated squats are similar to a * squat and make deep squats more comfortable. It comes with 2 so you can also use it as a block if you need to bring his feet up to a certain level for alignment. I only need to use one wedge.
These are perfect and i'm extremely satisfied. No real complaint other than color is not as pictured.
Cons
The sellers photo shows the wedge to be pointier or more tapered than the product i received. One was also crooked. However, i find the price they ask for this item (about $35) unconscionable.
