Cons
These are smaller in size in all dimensions than advertised. These are not merv 8.
Quality is poor. This prevents them from sealing so air leaks around the edges. Not really sturdy. Will not purchase them anymore.
Same thing. Very frustrating. Bait and gouge…. It’s a fraud.
The new ones flop around in the vent when the air comes on. The cardboard was flattened at one end. This damage appears to have occurred at the factory, as the smashed area appeared to have been glued that way.

For me there is a slight smacking sound when the ac starts due to the air sucking through the filters pushing them up

I noticed a blemish on the box but didnt think much of it until i opened it to find that most of the filters were crushed

I had leaking issues with my ac and had been using the reuseable mat filter directly under the unit because i couldnt locate the proper size when i was looking for them

Even with vacuuming them once a month they allowed dust to collect on the coils making them freeze up and requiring an expensive service call
