Pros
Lamp is light so you can move it easily. Very adjustable in all directions. Can be locked down in any position with allen wrenches.
Cons
The base is flimsy. It easily flexes giving the lamp a cheap feel. The tightener is 100% plastic and brakes if you barely over tighten it. wouldn't stay upright, joint screws are made of warm butter.
