My only gripe is the lamp was missing parts had finger prints all over it and the plastic bag which holds the assembly instructions had been torn open with no attempt to even hide the fact

I called amazon with my complaint and was offered the option to return for a refund or exchange or a twenty percent refund

Because the head is light being led the arms have no problem holding the weight
