After using this items a few times it failed to continue to work on my computer or phone and i ended up losing some files when it stopped working

Not to impressed yet its kinda hard to make it work and not very good instructions to follow im still trying to get it hooked up to my pc its not working but im going to keep trying a phone number to a tech support would be nice no ph number
