Pros
Engine intake and exhaust camshaft position actuator solenoid vvt valve installed by my mechanic in my driveway. Perfect fit and cleared the check engine light on my 09 malibu. No morecheck engine light and even noticed an improvement in gas mileage.
Was very easy to install. Pulled out the old one and put in the new one as per some youtube instructions. Way cheaper than the dealership.

Cons
Both bolts snapped in to my block with little to no turning pressure. My engine goes up in smoke on the highway. Do not use the bolts that come with this, they break extremely easy.

The poor design of the timing chain guides seem to cause the failure of these due to the tiny specs of plastic contaminating them that the chain grinds off the guides
