The white looks more blue-ish and the yellow is more green-ish but overall there's a good color selection. What makes them unique is the variation in one color tone. I like they they go back on with the same color and mode.

Remote is erratic in its ability to even activate the receiver on the string of lights. Changes in brightness can only be achieved by repeatedly pressing + and - *. Only plus is it has both battery and usb options.
