There is little join piece of plastic where the rings meet in the middle its just a case of twisting the each hook to break that to make a clear gap

Recommended they are fine they do what there suppose to do excellent product and price does what it says brilliant perfect for me took 45days to come as were posted 2nd class not a prob but if you need them in a hurry this may not be seller to get them fromare a bit thinner than the ones i replace but that shouldnt make a difference

there are no instructions on the pack thought would mention this as may not be obvious to some wanted for craft item excellent value qu
