Quality
I am not thrilled with the handhold in that it slips a little and is awkward to hold but for the price i think this is a really good set
Adjusting the weight is easy and ive never had any problems with the weights being secure

Bought this since the gyms are all closed and i wanted to have something to mimic some of the weightlifting i would do at the gym

Only bad thing they do not label the bands to tell me the strength and the colors are not universal between brands

They look and feel a bit cheap but i cant really find anything else in this price range thats anything close to a step up from this
