Strong scent, long lasting. Not overpowering. It definitely helps.
Cons
Scent is similar to that of freshly backed sugar cookies. They are faded and look like the fragrance stuff is smearing the package. Did not smell fresh at all. Could not take the smell and ended up throwing the rest away.

If you want to open your windows and dont have a screen just hang one in the window and the house is fly free
