Built a sound booth in the closet laid down foam and then these panels cannot hear things from in the booth but can hear outside noise from the tv if its loud in the booth

Had to try a few way to stick them on the walls so far double sided tape works best

Im a little disappointed they didnt come with any type of adhesive or instructions to let you know what type of adhesives are best to use with the panels

If sound proofing andor lower sounds like bass blocking are what you need these will not be effective and arent meant to be for that

These are really light so anything from tapes to screws can be used the issue will be possible damage left behind

Depending on the surface you mount these on repairs may have to be made whenif these are removed
