I spent three hours on the phone with applecare only for us to figure out the disc was corrupted and also the pictures loaded on top of my desktop therefore i had to delete all of those pictures but it did go over to the disk that could be an apple problem i’m very disappointed they gave very cheap desk i had to go buy two brand new ones and did not have a problem at all
