Mine is an excellent product (see photo). I also like this sellers response to any issues (like the comment they left to another customer who did have an issue). Very well done. My only complaint is that is is too small.

The mirror is solidly snapped into the frame. It comes with all kinds of mounting hardware and tells you what size of drill bits and socket you need. Comes with a flat, angled mounting bracket that's about 10 inches long.
