Pros
The black gaitor is perfect in every way. Did not lose its elasticity in the laundry or dryer. I wear this for running when it's chilly out. It's cool and there are no seams to irritate my bald * head.
Cons
The original buff has no edges and never frilled. Purple is not lavender. There is no elastic band so the brim won't stay in place.
