    I bought this to bake eggs and it doesnt work very well because the center heats up much slower than a metal muffin tin

    My only recommendation is to make sure you place this on top of a flat pan because it would be very hard to place in and out of the oven without having it sit on something

    If washed in the dishwasher be sure to give it an extra rinse because detergent likes to pool in the cups even if washed vertically

    You can literally flip them over and they will come out completely clean
