My suggestions are that if it runs a bit too big then you could sew on a stretch elastic with small clamps on both ends or sew on straps to tie together to attach sideways across the bottom under your bike seat if you are knocking it off when you use your bicycle

The sheepskin seat is quite large with nothing to hold it tight on the bike seat

I ordered the 12 x 12 but after talking with them they said they thought the smaller 11 x 11 would work best for me
