Pros

Super responsive customer service and ready to replace them if needed. Just as with the larger skillets, this skillet is amazing in the ease of cleaning. Nice even heat, easy to clean, and cooks food great. Top quality as well.

This frying pan is the first deep one i've had. The lid adds a lot to its usefulness for those breakfast taters. It's a little more expensive than some teflon pans, but this pan works well for nonstick cooking.

No matter what i've cooked in these beautiful pots & pans, they wash easily with a soapy sponge or cloth. Cleaned with just a wipe.

Cons

These pots look nice and are non stick for 2 months. Then it sticks like crazy. With the way it's shaped, it's very difficult to hold upside down. Another negative is the metal handle can be so hot to carry.
