This push cart has a foam cushion on the handle. I hope it works because this product is durable. This holder has a metal base, the only holder i've used with one.
Cons
This clamp is extremely small. The only thing this would fit is a small folding chair.

I actually saw a model very similar but base was plastic and not metal like this one
