Pros
It is intended to adhere a heat sink to a component. Used to attach heat sinks to some vrm.
The hold is extremely solid and the thermal conductivity seems pretty good. I do like the strength, enough to hold a sink in place with no worries that it drops and shorts out something. It has good adhesion and thermal transfer.
This glue works really well. It's fine for the purpose intended, but people should realize that it's a very small amount.
Cleaned off surfaces with rubbing alcohol and pasted them in place. After cure, the texture is similar to silicone -a bit rubbery, not hard.
Cons
This product advertises an adhesion and tensile strength 2. If you consider 3/8 of a fart a tensile strength, yeah, it is a glue.
