Pros & Cons
Pros
No water intrusion to garage since installing the seals. I expect it to prevent dirt and debris from getting in to my storage locker when they use a blower to clean the facility. Finally got around to laying this down.
The product is well made, heavy and with nice extruded sole plate. Very high quality and durable.
Bought gorilla glue to use as an adhesive. Used liquid nails to adher to floor. Adhered with gorilla adhesive.
Rubber mat'l cuts fairly easy using a sharp box cutter. Cut with a sharp set of utility scissors.
Works as it is supposed to. Works great so far.
Cons
Item is not the size as listed.
