I have compared the red black housings and the crimpon inserts to genuine anderson powerpole 15 and 30 amp products using both a 10x loupe and a digital caliper

The only difference i could find on the redblack housings was that the anderson powerpole name does not appear in tindy letters on the back edge of these

In every other way the housings are identical right down to the plastic injection points exact shade of red and a tiny a that serves no function cast into the front edge

The crimpon contacts are visually identical to the anderson powerpole contacts but a digital caliper reveals the metal thickness to be about 0

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The anderson powerpole contacts i compared them to are probably eight years old and it would not surprise or concern me to learn that current ones are the same thickness as the ones i am reviewing

It looks like the multicompartment plastic box i received was a little smaller than the one shown in the photos

Everything fit but six of the red positive housings ended up sharing space with the contacts and six of the black negative housings were tucked in with the vinyl twopole covers
