Pros

All i know is that the proof is in the pudding - my pictures look great, so i'm keeping it. Fast shipping and exactly as advertised. Superb attention to detail. Service is superb.

The quality and build seems to be up there with previous filters i have purchased from tiffen, hoya and b+w. Super slim for a cpl filter, much slimmer than my old hoya cpl! It's too early to tell if it's as durable as the cpl from other big old names,...  Read More

The packaging and presentation is top notch and no skimping was done. The packaging alone is a work of beauty.

Factory lens cap fits snugly and gives me just the right amount of polarization. Breakthrough polarizer allows the use of the lens hood when shooting. Marumi dhg $97.

The quality of the filter is superb and streamline. The filter is so sim that it's look very natural with the lens.

Cons

Breakthrough photography x1 cpl is terrible. It makes unusable photos. The polarizing effect is hard to notice.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging and presentation is stellar and the filter performs as well as more expensive filters and it is guaranteed for 25 years

The simple packaging was a bonus as it was relatively easy to carry around and quickly pop on and off the polarizer

By having to apply more force to turn it results in more finger contact area on its slim ring this has meant i have inadvertent...  Read More

Competitiveness

In my case this was a 77mm makes it where you can use it for all your other lens you have now or expect to purchase in the future

5 lens mounted on a t5i as i needed something that would cut reflections on wet objects or water on my trip to two national parks

Most importantly they are made in the usa

Or maybe because ive never put a polarizer on a lens this wide before the sigma has a whopping 77mm filter thread
