I can hear something rattling on the inside but im guess its the resin they use to cover the electrical components nothing major

What that means it there is no air holes or any perforations in it so dust grim etc cannot get in the unit its completely sealed

Does both mh and hps dimmable and if the power goes out it has a fire safe function that will fire the ballastbulb when cooled
