Pros

The htc sheet looks beautiful, but it will probably soften over time. The sheet is very soft and smooth. I have an extra thick mattress with an memory foam and it fits great.

The most soft, creamy, buttery. It pays to read and know what your are purchasing.

Cons

This product isn't nearly as good as some at 400 thread count and polyester or microfiber fabric. This sheet is a perfect example of misleading advertising. If these are 1000-count egyptian cotton sheets, then i'm an egyptian princess!

Washed and now feels like sandpaper. This product is a sham. They have been washed once in lukewarm water with no fading. But the dark grey is definitely more brown than grey, and had a terrible smell when unpacked.
