Pros

It's helped my workouts, my stamina. It’s great for my skin and has an enhancing effect on my overall vitamin/mineral supplement use. I know for sure that royal jelly is a good nutritional supplement.

Ys provides high quality royal jelly with the right dosage. It's high compared to other brands for the same # of pills & same potency.

Cons

Look out for bottles with the expiration date of 10/16. My husb no longer takes it. The softgels are sticky, so i am sure it is defective.
