They say it’s a 12 inch round but i believe it’s very tough so it seem like it’s a 8 inch round and they are hard to tight i don’t know if it’s because it old or the elastic in a balloon is very tight

So many balloons popped up even though i didn’t blow them up so much while i was putting my garland all together and i had to replace them again
