Pros
Stockpiling avoids this problem. No more scraping. This helps me be lazy.
Works for barbeque grates too. Keeps stove clean. Leaves a lot of stove top exposed. However, they are washable with a quick soak and can return to the stove without tearing.
These are perfect and much sturdier than those i've purchased at a local dollar store. They are durable and easy to use. I was shocked at how well they were packaged.
Cons

Theyre thin so if your plan is to wash and reuse you can do that but theyll almost certainly bend and wrinkle if you do

It might be possible to wash them in the top rack of the dishwasher but i havent tried
