Pros
Use these a lot. They come with the little rubber backs too. They just come in a plastic bag and look a bit cheap, but they will serve their purpose of replacing some of mine that are lost or broken.
Cons
I make earrings for my etsy shop and for these to look like this really disappoints me. A high number of them are unusable because they're stuck together or missing the ball and/or wiring. Do not buy.
Silver-plating is easy to scratch off & if they were plated i was going to send them back. The coating wears off within several weeks, showing the brass underneath.

They refunded me half my order back because of missing pieces but the pieces that were there were great
